Production Time | Most of our jewellery is made to order. Please allow 8 weeks production + shipping time when placing your order. Please note, express post is not a rush order and therefore does not alter the production time.
Shipping Rates | Enjoy complimentary standard shipping within Australia on all orders $150 and above. Orders of $149 or under have a $10 standard shipping fee. Orders $150 and above shipped via express post have a $5 postage fee. Orders $149 and under shipped via express post have a $15 postage fee. We ship internationally for a flat rate of $45. Please allow for our production time when ordering as all pieces are made to order. Production time is subject to change throughout the year.
Local Pick-Up | Collection of online orders is available from our P&T store in Trangie NSW, Australia. Please select 'local pick-up' at checkout. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a notification via email.
Replacement Earrings | Please send your single earring to our workroom to be matched from our available pearl batches. Please include your name, email address and request in your Australia post tracked parcel. Peggy & Twig 17 Dandaloo Street Trangie NSW 2823. We will contact you when we have received your parcel in the workroom. Once your single earring has reached out workroom to be matched, we will look for an appropriate pearl batch to choose from and then send through an invoice for half the cost of a pair.
Combining Orders | We are able to combine orders if time and resources permit. Please note, this is not possible during busy times in our retail calendar.
Returns Policy | You are welcome to return your purchase for a store credit if the item is in perfect condition. Please note, earrings are not able to be returned if they have been worn. If your jewellery is faulty or damaged, we offer a full refund once reviewed in the workroom and deemed faulty or damaged on return within 14 working days of delivery to the customer. We do not accept returns for sale items. Please see our returns policy for more information.
