Production Time | P&T jewellery is made to order. Please allow 1-2 weeks production + shipping time when placing your order. Please note, express post is not a rush order and therefore does not alter the production time.

Shipping Rates | Standard shipping flat rate $15.00. Express shipping flat rate $20.00. International orders flat rate $60 via Australia Post.

Replacement Earrings | This service has paused until further notice. 

Returns Policy | You are welcome to return your purchase (other than earrings) for a refund or store credit if the item is in perfect condition. Please note, earrings are not able to be returned if they have been worn. If your jewellery is faulty or damaged, a full refund is processed once reviewed in the workroom and deemed faulty or damaged on return within 14 working days of delivery to the customer. P&T does not accept returns for sale items. Please see our returns policy for more information.
