Production Time | P&T jewellery is made to order. Please allow two weeks production + shipping time when placing your order. If you order items from the curated goods collection, they will be shipped within 7 days or with your made-to-order pieces once made. Please note, express post is not a rush order and therefore does not alter the production time.
Shipping Rates | Enjoy complimentary standard shipping within Australia on all orders $150 and above. Orders of $149 or under have a $10 standard shipping fee. Orders $150 and above shipped via express post have a $5 postage fee. Orders $149 and under shipped via express post have a $15 postage fee. We ship internationally for a flat rate of $45. Please allow for our production time when ordering as all pieces are made to order. Production time is subject to change throughout the year.
Local Pick-Up |Our Trangie flagship store is now open on Wednesdays and Thursdays 10am - 3pm. You are welcome to select local pick-up at checkout and await your email to inform you that your order is ready for pick up.
Replacement Earrings | Currently paused until further notice.
Returns Policy | You are welcome to return your purchase for a refund or store credit if the item is in perfect condition. Please note, earrings are not able to be returned if they have been worn. If your jewellery is faulty or damaged, we offer a full refund once reviewed in the workroom and deemed faulty or damaged on return within 14 working days of delivery to the customer. We do not accept returns for sale items. Please see our returns policy for more information.
