Production Time | P&T jewellery is made to order. Please allow 10 days production + shipping time when placing your order. If you order items from the curated goods collection, they will be shipped within 7 days or with your made-to-order pieces once made. Please note, express post is not a rush order and therefore does not alter the production time.

Store Closure | The Trangie store is temporarily closed from May 1st as Emily begins her maternity leave. The online store will be open to receive your orders until May 31st 2026. Foray Design Store in Dubbo NSW will continue to stock P&T throughout the workroom break. 

Shipping Rates | Standard shipping flat rate $15.00. Express shipping flat rate $20.00. International orders flat rate $60 via Australia Post.

Local Collection | Local pickup has paused while the Trangie store is temporarily closed. 

Replacement Earrings | This service has paused until further notice. 

Returns Policy | You are welcome to return your purchase (other than earrings) for a refund or store credit if the item is in perfect condition. Please note, earrings are not able to be returned if they have been worn. If your jewellery is faulty or damaged, a full refund is processed once reviewed in the workroom and deemed faulty or damaged on return within 14 working days of delivery to the customer. P&T does not accept returns for sale items. Please see our returns policy for more information.
