Personalise a sweet gift for yourself or someone special with our bespoke bracelets. Made with small freshwater pearls and gold initial and white shell beads, our bracelets are handmade to order with stretch cord. Please allow 10 working days production time when placing your order. Bracelets are not available in store to try on however we can measure your wrist and process your order in store if you wish.

On the checkout page, manually add your desired bracelet SIZE and SHAPE (star, heart, no shape) in the orders notes. For example, 'SMALL, HEART'. Please do not confirm and pay for your order without adding your custom details to the order notes. Your order will be cancelled if details are not included. Details will not be added by our team after an order has been placed.

Measuring Your Wrist | Either use a tape measure or wrap a piece of string or ribbon around your wrist to then measure against a ruler. The bracelets are made with stretch cord and are designed to fit firmly on the wrist.

As a guide, EXTRA SMALL is best suited for children, SMALL is best suited for teenagers and petite adults, MEDIUM is the most common size for adults. Emily is wearing a size small in the listing images.

If your bracelet arrives and it is not the correct size, we offer a flat-rate restring fee of $30. Please be aware that wait times will apply and it is likely that resizing cannot take place until February 2025.

With a branded jewellery pouch for safe keeping, your bespoke bracelet will arrive in a box for safe transit which is also suitable if your purchase is a gift.

Shipping + Returns

Production Time | Most of our jewellery is made to order. Please allow 10 working days production time + additional shipping time when placing your order. Please note, express post is not a rush order and therefore does not alter the making time.

Shipping Rates | Enjoy complimentary standard shipping within Australia on all orders $150 and above. Orders of $149 or under have a $10 standard shipping fee. Orders $150 and above shipped via express post have a $5 postage fee. Orders $149 and under shipped via express post have a $15 postage fee. We ship internationally for a flat rate of $45. Please allow for our production time when ordering as all pieces are made to order. Production time is subject to change throughout the year.

Local Pick-Up | Collection of online orders is available from our P&T store in Trangie NSW, Australia. Please select 'local pick-up' at checkout. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a notification via email.

Replacement Earrings | Please send your single earring to our workroom to be matched from our available pearl batches. Please include your name, email address and request in your Australia post tracked parcel. Peggy & Twig 17 Dandaloo Street Trangie NSW 2823. We will contact you when we have received your parcel in the workroom.

Combining Orders | We are able to combine orders if time and resources permit. Please note, this is not possible during busy times in our retail calendar.

Returns Policy | You are welcome to return your purchase for a store credit if the item is in perfect condition. Please note, earrings are able to be returned if they have been worn. If your jewellery is faulty or damaged, we offer a full refund once reviewed in the workroom and deemed faulty or damaged on return within 14 working days of delivery to the customer. We do not accept returns for sale items. Please see our returns policy for more information.
