When will my order by shipped?

Orders place from 19th February have an 8 week production time.

If your order was placed between 20th December and 29th January, your order will be shipped by the end of February. We will let you know if there are changes to this timing. If you have placed an order with us in February, your order will arrive within 4-6 weeks.

When will sold out products be restocked?

Our sold-out jewellery styles will be restocked between March and May 2025. We are not taking on custom work at the moment due an increased demand for our current collections and the arrival of Emily's 2nd baby! Please sign up to our newsletter and follow along on Instagram to be the first to know when products return.

Could I please combine my orders?

We will try our best to do this for you but we cannot promise that orders will be combined if you have two.

I have lost an earring. Could I please purchase one earring?

Yes! Please see information in our FAQ's regarding this.

When is your store open?

Wednesday to Friday 10am - 3pm, 17 Dandaloo St, Trangie NSW 2823.
