When will my order by shipped?

We currently have a 15 working day production time. If you have received an order number, please know that we have your order and are working on getting it to you.

When will sold out products be restocked?

Our sold-out jewellery styles will be restocked by March 2025. We are not taking custom enquiries due increased demand for our current collections. Please sign up to our newsletter and follow on Instagram to be the first to know when products return.

Could I please combine my orders?

Unfortunately, we are unable to combine orders during this festive season due to our production schedule.

I have lost an earring. Could I please purchase one earring?
