Our last store trading days for 2025 are 17-18 December. Shipping of online orders will recommence from early January. The bricks and mortar store will reopen from March 2026. Orders placed after 3pm on Thursday 18th December will be shipped from 2nd January 2026.
Our small-batch production means our much-loved styles move in and out of availability. Contact us if you wish to order a piece which is marked sold out or archive as we can offer options and lead times.
Enjoy complimentary express shipping within Australia for orders $250 and above. Orders of $249 or under have a $10 standard shipping fee or $15 express shipping fee. We ship internationally $45 flat rate. Postage rates are subject to change throughout the year.
Our Trangie flagship is planned to reopen Thursdays in March 2026. You are welcome to select local pick up at checkout from March and await your email to inform you that your order is ready for pick up.

Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
If your jewellery is faulty or damaged, we offer a full refund once reviewed in the workroom and deemed faulty or damaged on return within 14 working days of delivery to the customer. We do not accept returns for sale items. Please see our returns policy for more information.
